The Basics of Leadership Workshops

Each workshop is two to three hours in length and can be tailored specifically for your organization. You can individually select the workshops that meet your training and development needs, or take the entire series. See below the list of workshops and the topics covered in each course.

Basics Workshop I: Orientation to Leadership (3 hours)

Basics Workshop III: The Hiring Process (3 hours)

  • Identifying the skills required to round out your team
  • Developing a clear job description and measurements of performance
  • Developing a strategy to recruit top employees
  • Identifying recruiting resources that will produce an ROI
  • Evaluating resumes and applications
  • Planning the interview / Understanding the different methods of interviewing

Basics Workshop IV: Dealing with Unacceptable Behavior/Conflict Management (3 hours)
