Several members of our team hold highly respected certifications within the Human Resources industry. We have taken the liberty of listing the associations and organizations of which we are proud to be members, as well as the certifications we hold.

	Senior Professional Human Resources – The SPHR certification shows that the holder has demonstrated mastery of the domestic HR body of knowledge and, through certification, has accepted the challenge to stay informed of new developments in the HR field. The preparation and exam that is administered is based on U.S. federal laws, regulations and practices and is generalist in nature focusing on strategic and/or policy level subject matter.
	Certified Employee Benefits Specialist – For 30 years, CEBS has been the premier certification in employee benefits. It includes designations in group benefits (GBA), retirement plans (RPA) and compensation management (CMS). Each specialty designation stands on its own representing an area of specialized knowledge. When combined, the three designation programs form a comprehensive, integrated curriculum that leads to the only professional certification in total compensation—CEBS.
	Certified Compensation Professional - Recognized as the world's standard since 1976, the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is known throughout the global rewards community as a mark of expertise and excellence in all areas of compensation.
	Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Six Sigma is a rigorous and disciplined methodology that uses data and statistical analysis to measure and improve a company's operational performance by identifying and eliminating "defects" in manufacturing and service-related processes. Barb James obtained her Greenbelt while employed with GE and earned her certification based on results, not just knowledge alone. She is experienced and knowledgeable on product and service design improvement (DFSS) and on-going product/process improvement (DMAIC).
	Certified Management Consultant – The CMC designation is awarded to those select consultants who have demonstrated a history of substantive results for clients, adherence to the canon of ethics of the Institute of Management Consultants USA, and professional practice management.
